Financial assistance / tax credit
- All Quebec residents aged 18 and over are eligible for a fixed financial assistance of $4/hour to counter moonlighting thanks to the Financial Assistance Program for Domestic Help Services (PEFSAD)
- A significantly greater subsidy, up to $18/hour, is possible depending on other factors (age, income, health condition)
- Non-taxable services for people aged 65 and ov
- Tax credit for those aged 70 and over
