Simple, commitment-free operation
We’ll take you step by step, from obtaining your subsidies to setting up the service in your home. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks before the service begins, depending on postal deadlines and availability in your area.
1. Service request
Fill in a short online form (contact details, services required, address). We will call you back as soon as possible to confirm the details.
2. Opening the file
We prepare a personalized file for you to receive by mail. All you have to do is sign and enclose the required documents.
3. Calculate your grant
Once your file is complete, we take the necessary steps with RAMQ to determine the amount of your subsidy.
4. Start of service
As soon as you agree to the proposed amount, we start scheduling the home service according to availability in your area.
