Typical Housekeeping Work Day

Flexible hours according to your availability

We offer flexible hours depending on your availability.
We try to schedule our attendants with hours that fit in with their daily lives.

Here's what you can expect on a typical day with us:

7:30 a.m.: You leave your home to go to your first client. He lives nearby, so it’s perfect and you don’t feel rushed. Your client is an 80-year-old man living alone.

8:00: Since you haven’t seen each other in two weeks, he is looking forward to you and greets you with a smile.

8:42: The bathroom is cleaned and you go to the kitchen to wash the dishes. Getting there gives you time to do a load of laundry.

9:37: The floors are done, the bedroom is tidied up, the bed is made. It sent good and you have a few minutes left before putting the clothes in the dryer. You take the opportunity to put away books lying around.

9:54 a.m.: Time to leave. Your client thanks you for his best smile and you tell yourself see you in two weeks.

10:7 a.m.: You arrive at your next client’s earlier than expected – his service was due to start at 10:30 a.m. You take the opportunity to eat a snack while enjoying the sun and you even have time to take your messages.

10:30 a.m.: Your client, a 65-year-old lady, opens the door for you and tells you that she just woke up. It’s your first time at her house, so you introduce yourself and tell her you’re going to start with the bathroom to give her time to have lunch.

11:18 a.m.: The bathroom bath is over and you start mopping the floors. You realize that the lady seems a little nervous and you reassure her that you are there to help her and that her house will shine when you leave. She immediately relaxes and lets you finish your job.

12:24 p.m.: Her clothes are folded, the dishwasher is emptied, and the service is over. You say goodbye to her and she smiles at you saying she can’t wait to see you again.

12:32: It’s dinner time. You sit at a table in a cafe near where your next client lives and eat a salad. You take the opportunity to check your schedule and note any last minute changes.

1:26 p.m.: You arrive at your last client who is an overworked father of three who needs help preparing meals.

1:38 p.m.: You take a moment to ask him what he likes to eat, he hands you two recipes and gives you carte blanche for the rest of the meals. You just have to help yourself from the fridge: it’s all there.

4:19 p.m.: It smells great in the house and you are very proud of having prepared all these meals for a superb family. Your client is very satisfied and you tell yourself until the next one.
